| At 0116 hours Engine Company 4, EMS 58, the Paramedic Ambulance from EMS 8 and Medic 20 were dispatched for an MVA with a subject trapped on Maryland Pt. Rd. just off of Port Tobacco Rd. Shortly after engine 42 went on the air, Charles County Communications advised that CCSO was on the scene with one priority 4. Engine 42 arrived on the scene shortly after and found a mini van off the road on its side with one subjet partially ejected and trapped under the van. Units from Company 4 remained on the scene to assist CCSO Traffic Safety with lights and the extrication of the victim. The vehicle was stabilized using chains and come-a-longs. The vehicle was removed from the victim by using the winch on Engine 41 and come-a-longs to roll and lift the vehicle. Units from Company 4 cleared the scene at approximately 0430 hrs. Units responding and on the scene: E-41, E-42, RU-8, A-589, PA-169, Medic 20 Engine 83 filled in for Company 4. |

| Fire destroyed shed in the 5300 block on Port Tobacco Rd. Nanjemoy, Potomac Heights, Marbury volunteer fire departments, EMS 58 responded to the fire. the shed and contents were destroyed. 2006 |

| Engine 42 responded with four personnel arrived to find a car had hit a tree and over turned three times with four occupants. Engine 42's officer in charge assesed and personnel asst. EMS 58 with boarding and collaring all occupants and E42 returned to service. |

| Saturday & Sunday the weekend of the 14th & 15th of January units Responed to numerous tree's across our area roads as several power lines due to high winds. The company maintained crews throughout the weekend and responded to over 15 runs. |
| On Wednesday February 1st, 2006 Engine 41 responded with 4 personnel & the Tanker with 2 to the 5900 blk. of Firetower Rd. for a house on fire Engine 83 arrived to find heavy fire in a one story home. Engine 41's crew was assigned to the RIT group and then changed to asst. in the interior of the fire building performing numerous tasks. The tanker shuttled a couple of loads of water and was returned. |

| Car fire Company call #58 Engine 41, dispatched for a car fire on Baptist Church Road in the area of Boomers Place. Engine 41 arrived on the scene with a vehicle well off. | 0838hrs, NVFD was dispatched for the trailer fire on Revels place. (Mutial Aid to Co. 8). Engine 41 responded under staffed with 2 and Tanker 4 responded with two. Engine 41 responded as the third due engine and was assigned water supply. While enroute to the water source, engine 41 was advised that engine 82 would have the water source and 41 assisted them with set up. Engine 41 then returned to the staging area and set up water supply. |

| 2006 Compay call #99 Engine 41 dispatched for a house fire in Co. 8's area, 6000 block Chicamuxen Rd. Engine 41 arrived on the scene and received the duty of roof ventalation.
